Originally from Laos, Vida begins her journey in bodywork with a small studio in Uptown, Minneapolis.

A team of four, 15+ years in
Vida, Brooke, Pui and Lyn offer eight signature therapies at 611 W Lake St — from Thai massage to our new Head Spa.
